Enter your promo code at checkout before completing payment. Only one discount code can be used per order.

Q: Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship to Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia
Q: How much is shipping?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address. We offer free shipping for Singapore orders above SGD 80.
Q: How long will delivery take?
- Local (Singapore): 2–5 working days
- International: 2-15 working days depending on destination.
Q: How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress in real time.
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Q: What is your return policy?
For hygiene and safety reasons, all purchases are final sale - we’re unable to accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.
If you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will be glad to assist you in resolving the issue.
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Each item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as expected, please email us at dawningthelabel@gmail.com with your order number, a short description, and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your case and arrange a replacement if eligible.

Our grip socks come in one universal size, thoughtfully designed to fit most Southeast Asian women’s feet, typically ranging from EU 35–39.
Q: How should I care for my pilates socks?
To keep your socks in their best condition, we recommend:
- Turning them inside out before washing
- Hand washing or using a gentle cold cycle in a laundry bag
- Avoiding bleach or fabric softeners
- Air drying flat or hanging (do not tumble dry)
